What
happens after I finished the order?
If you have finished ordering , you will receive your registration
information via the email immediately.
If you do not get your registration information or if you've
lost it, please contact
us and send us your name, address, email
address, and order confirmation number (if you have it).
I paid but have not received my registration email yet.
Your registration email should be sent once your order is
approved. So the problem may be ...
1. A wrong email address was filled on the order form.
2. Your details on the order form cannot be automatically
authorized by the computer system and should be reviewed
by a human.
3. Our outgoing email was rejected by your ISP.
4. If you have set junk email filters, your registration
email might be deleted as SPAM. Please contact
us and send us the following information to
help locate your order:
1. Email address on order
2. Name on order
I have received the registration code email, how to get my
software registered (get the full version)?
1.You can get your registration code information from this email:
Name: ########## Code:**********
2. Launch your software
3. Click main menu <Help>---<Register> or
click <Register> button in the Reminder window
4. Enter your name and code
Please note that the name and
code are case sensitive and no space in front of and
behind them. Suggest you copy and paste them.
5. Click "OK". The software will turn into full
version automatically.
I have entered the User Name and Password into the input
box, but I get the message "Registration is failed.
Please check the code."
The registration information you have received is for the
latest version of our products. So, if the file you have
downloaded is not the latest version, please download the
latest version, install and register it.
I have lost my registration code......
You can lookup your orders online at anytime. Please go to our ordering page to visit the special link.
How much shall I pay for the technical support? Is it
free?

About Software Upgrades
Our software upgrades are FREE for any customer who has purchased
our products. When the new version is released, maybe the
registration information is changed. So if you can not register
the new version with your registration code, please feel free
to contact us
with your order ID, name and email address. We will send the
new registration code to you ASAP! |
