Load the first audio file with Music Editing Master, click menu-<Edit>-<Select All> (or Ctrl+A) to choose all audio data, then use <Adjust Channels> function to remove right channel and get only left channel, click menu-<Edit>-<Copy> (or Ctrl+C) to copy it. Start another instance of Music Editing Master, load another audio file and get only right channel, then click menu-<Edit>-<Mix> (or Ctrl+M) to merge these two channels audio data.
